Applying for the “Long Term Pass for Persons”

I. The Process of Adding Person’s Information

• To correctly fill in the “Person’s Information Form”
• To bring forth the original manuscript of “Non-criminal Offence Record” offered by the police office to which the person’s Hukou belongs.
• To bring forth the original manuscript of the “Labor Contract” officially signed with Shanghai FASCO HR Services International.
• To bring forth both the original manuscripts and the copies of the “Shanghai City Residence Permit”, “Employment License for Foreigners” and “Employment Permit for Foreigner”for expatriates.
• To bring forth the copy of ID Card or Pass Port.
  

II. The Process of Applying for the “Long Term Pass for Persons”

• If an employee successfully passes the probation period, the Airline can apply for the “Long Term Pass for Persons” for him or her representatively according to his or her condition.
• To fully fill in the “Applying Form (Person) of Airport Pass to Controlled Area”.
• To take part in and pass the “Civil Aviation Security Training” examination. The first Tuesday of each month is the “civil aviation security training day”, which will be put off to the next week if happens to be the National Holiday.

10:00——11:00 a.m.

13:30——14:30 p.m.

14:30——15:30 p.m.
